Arts and creation has always been Sabrina’s passion. She has always been an artist, creating things , drawing and painting. She studied to become an Interior Designer and a few years later in interior design industry, Sabrina decided to follow her pastry dreams and create custom cakes. Self-taught, she developed her own style, then decided to become a Professional Pastry Making and learn the art and science of bread, pastry, chocolate, ice cream, sugar and cake decorating. She graduated from École Hôtelière des Laurentides culinary school and acquiring her experience and pastry skills in luxury Fairmont hotels and resort.
Sabrina's inspiration sources constantly change and evolve depending on the project. She gets her inspiration from colors, art, paint, fashion and nature to create her unique and bespoke edible work of art for each client, combining her artistry, design aptitudes and her pastry skills.
Over the last few years, Sabrina enjoyed Canada's Baking and Sweets Show has a wedding cake award winner and compete on The Big Bake 2 on Food Network, a larger-than-life baking competition series. Her creations have also been featured in many renowned online and print publications, including her cake tutorials featured in American Cake Decorating Magazine. Recently, Sabrina's cake made the cover of American Cake Decorating magazine.
